- Perform all aspects of payroll administration ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Prepare and issue year end W-2 and 1099 documents.
- Responsible for State, Local and Federal Government reporting.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefit deductions.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent of 5 years proven payroll experience).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processes and financial concepts with excellent analytical skills for data entry and financial analysis.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with others.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multitask with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
