As the Payroll Specialist at Pro-Vac… You will be responsible for assisting with weekly payroll reporting, monthly union reporting and other payroll-related reports. You will work alongside the payroll clerks to assist with all things payroll/data entry. This person will need to enjoy collaborating and working independently. Ability to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies, assess potential issues, and develop effective solutions. Experience with LCP Tracker , 2-5 Years (Preferred) Familiarity with Washington LI (Labor & Industries) software for managing state-specific labor regulations, including tracking worker hours, labor codes, and wage requirements in compliance with Washington state laws.
