Responsibilities:
Handle all payroll reports - familiarity with ADP a plus
Onboarding new hires
Help Recruiting Coordinator create job positions and post to several job boards (when needed)
Administer background checks, drug tests, education verification, motor vehicle reports, and reference checks.
Administer licensing and getting workers comp, unemployment, and additional needs in different states.
Handle Workers Comp Claims
Handle Unemployment claims
Handle internal company reporting and sending out company-wide reports
Call & Email new hires and walk them through the onboarding process
Manage New Hires and Contractors
Obtain licensing in different states and set up business
Support consulting team is various HR Training and development
Help create internal development and training programs
Handle new employee set up in ADP - WFN
