Processes payroll data for all school district employees and maintains accurate,up-to-date files of all payroll information.2. Codes all employee salary information (OCAS Coding).3. Calculates all salaries and prepares salary sheet for Personnel Department.4. Inputs all time sheets, adjustments, and docks and prepares, verifies, and distributesdirect deposits.5. Balances payroll and withholding accounts.6. Prepares required governmental reports; IRS 941s,W-2s, OTC, OESC, etc.7. Distributes payroll deductions in compliance with local, state and federal statutes.8. Works with representatives of government, employee unions and retirement agenciesto provide information (including DOL, OEA, and OTRS).9. Processes final salary affidavits.11. To ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of ahealth crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or officebuildings. An employee's eligibility for remote work will be determined by thesuperintendent of schools. Expectations and guidelines for remote work will bedistributed by the employee's supervisor, based on his/her role and responsibilities.12. Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign.
