Randstad Professionals is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for stable company in Hollywood, FL. This person must be able to work well in a fast paced environment, work independently as well as work well in a team. salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

+ Payroll processing

+ Overtime tracking

+ Commissions / Bonuses (monthly / quarterly / bi-yearly)

+ 401k processing

+ Tracking loans / withdrawals

+ Helping controller with annual 401k audit

+ Payroll Budgets and analysis

+ Prepare semi-annual budgets

+ Perform regular analysis vs. budget and previous years

Qualifications:

+ Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, master's degree is a plus

+ Must have at least 5-7 years of payroll experience

+ Must have PEO experience

+ Must be excel savvy - Formulas, Pivots, VLOOKUPs, and power query experience
