  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance enrollment, working closely with ADP to manage data entry and updates.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing prompt and accurate responses to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to implement improvements to payroll and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings, to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, including taxation, social security, and unemployment insurance.

  • 4-6 years of experience in payroll and onboarding roles, with a strong background in managing payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, particularly ADP, and strong data entry skills.
  • Solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local taxation, social security, and unemployment insurance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Must have bilingual proficiency in Arabic.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
