Payroll Specialist (Anticipated) Part Time, Hybrid (On-Site/Remote) The Brandywine Heights Area School District is seeking a Part Time Payroll Specialist. This individual is responsible for performing a variety of payroll, accounting and financial reporting activities including processing, recording, updating, and reconciling payroll and fiscal information to ensure accurate and timely reporting for district, state and federal filings and assisting in other functions as necessary. Click this link to view the detailed job description: Payroll Specialist - Part-Time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field preferred. Prior experience working with payroll systems and accounting operations preferred. Working knowledge of payroll procedures and tax regulations. Working knowledge of financial reporting and public accounting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the position independently. Demonstrated initiative, personal integrity and commitment to ethical business practices. SCHEDULE Part-Time, Hybrid (Remote/On-Site), Flexible Hours, Approx. 20 hrs/week; 12-Month Position SALARY/BENEFITS Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
