Job Title: Payroll Technical Support Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: Alpharetta Ga
Required Pay Scale: 30-33/hr W2
W2 only due to client requirements
Project Details: Clients are trying to push out their new benefits / w2 packages at the end of the year & they need help with documentation, troubleshooting, etc.
Job Summary:
- Provide second level technical support for Year-End Service and Operations teams
- Provide guidance to new Year-end clients
- Develop Business Process Documentation as needed
Must Haves
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- One year experience providing Tier 2 level support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to solve complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Research, investigation, and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information
- Previous client service experience
- Experience with payroll systems like ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or Workday
- Experience troubleshooting CSV files
The identified preferred candidate has the following qualifications and competencies:
- Experience with providing non-technical explanation to a technical issue
- Experience in resolving Tier 2 level technical inquiries
- Has experience in documenting Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong systems troubleshooting skills
