We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a Payroll & Time Admin Support Specialist.

  • Performs administrative, clerical, and system support duties involved with producing a bi-weekly domestic payroll.
  • Functions are performed under payroll deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provides testing, training, and administrative support for the SAP applications specific to the area of Time Management.
  • Calculates, analyzes, and maintains the HR data system for Payroll and Time Management.
  • Supports time administrators and supervisors in ensuring time sheet accuracy as inputs to biweekly payroll.
  • Performs scheduled payroll audits to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Monitors pay issues for short term disability, vehicles, military, jury duty, funeral, bereavement, etc. and takes appropriate action as needed.
  • Performs certain processing steps of the bi-weekly domestic payroll run and off-cycle check run.
  • Supports the testing and programming of new SAP Time Management procedures, schedules, policies, projects, etc.
  • Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly audits for system integrity.
  • Provides training to time administrators.
  • Assists HR needs for time management solutions and fulfills these needs by implementing time-saving applications.
  • Assists time administrators for problem resolution and general questions regarding system or data administration and policies.
  • Maintains the Contract Workforce process for timesheet approval and payment to the vendor.
  • Executes and reviews test scripts in SAP system improvement efforts.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to provide specifications to IT for system modifications and interfaces.
  • Creates reports using SAP Query Tools, SAP Ad Hoc tool, MS Excel, and similar toolsets.
  • Assists HR/Benefits/Payroll to correct and resolve data, set up, and configuration issues.
  • Utilizes emerging technology such as artificial intelligence, process automation tools, or data analytics to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Understands and models VPS (Value Added Production System) Principles and concepts of Standard Work.
  • Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years Human Resources experience, preferably in Payroll, Time Management or HR Services.
  • 1+ years project support experience.
  • 3+ years of applying communication skills.
  • 1+ years of familiarity with garnishment rules and regulations.
  • 1+ years of SAP skills as proven through business application, including SAP HCM.
  • 1+ years of MS Office skills as proven through business application.
