Responsible for the daily clinical operations of PBH programs including inpatient, intermediate, crisis and assessment services. Plans and directs the provision of mental health services and monitors the clinical direction of PBH therapeutic programming. Performs and supervises clinical operations and provides consultation to the physicians and nursing staff regarding mental health treatment of patients. Oversees and provides mental health specific care to patients in collaboration with the physician and nursing staff. Coordinates, supervises and communicates relevant clinical information to the treatment team and/or referring providers. Promotes and oversees the development of mental health programs through professional interactions within an interdisciplinary team approach. Participates and monitors quality outcomes and fiscal performance. Master's degree in psychology, social work or counseling related field. PhD or PsyD preferred. Licensed by the state of Indiana as a mental health provider. LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or HSPP in psychology, mental health or counseling field required. HSPP preferred. CPI required upon hire or within 60 days of employment. CPR required upon hire or within 30 days of employment. Must have 5 years of mental health, counseling, psychology or social services experience. Must have 3 years of management, education and supervision experience in a related mental health setting. Must have knowledge of and experience with evidence based practices, treatments and intervention techniques.
