SUMMARY OF POSITION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will involve a wide variety of disciplines related to the design and manufacturing of PC systems. These include component selection, component testing and qualification, creation of build and test instructions, technical sales support, and top-level customer support.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
• 2 years' experience in computer hardware is preferred
• Knowledge of current PC hardware and technologies
• Knowledge or experience with Deployment of Windows Operating systems
• Knowledge or experience with Windows software installation scripting
• Computer component performance validation and stress testing
• Ability to effectively speak with technicians to help resolve product related issues.
• Ability to work with other departments to accomplish common goals.
