Job Description:
Job Summary: Install, troubleshoot and repair PC hardware and software applications. Installations include new devices, departmental moves and migrations from existing computers. Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary. Troubleshoot connectivity problems with client devices, network printers, files servers and host systems. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent interpersonal skills required.
