This is a contract opportunity that will require working onsite in Portland. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and engaging IT team, working with business users to provide critical support that will keep the client's teams up and running. Responsibilities include desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging, and PC deployment. Must have experience using a ticketing management system to resolve Service Desk requests and incidents by diagnosing hardware and software problems. Additionally, you will need experience installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed. As a member of this team, you may need to report for emergency duties, which could occur outside of normal office hours. There is also a potential requirement to undertake business trips supporting other offices as necessary.
