Responsibilities:
We're Hiring! Revolution is looking for a PCR Material Handler for its Little Rock, AR location. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
- Assume responsibility for the finished product.
- Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist.
- Know packing materials and procedures.
- Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Operate Fork Lift
- Fill Silos as well as maintain levels, maintenance, and unload railcars
- Fill boxes from box loader.
- Run Starlinger and Pumping equipment
- Load and unload trailers.
- Track lot and PO numbers
- Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
- Must be flexible and willing to work on special projects
- Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization.
- Work 5 days a week 10 hours a day
- Ability to communicate well with all team members, both in operations and support teams.
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience in an industrial environmental
- Material Handling skills
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
