Swedish honors compact licenses.2 Yr Exp RequiredCall out first time traveler in noteFLOAT REQUIRED: IMCU/Tele/CDUDocumentation System: EPICPatient Diagnosis:- Adult, Geriatric, General Respiratory Failure, Cardiac, Renal, CIWA, GI- Mixed Tele and IMCU on two floors, IMCU is on 3E and has 1:3 patient ratio, Tele is on 2E and has 1:4 patient ratio- IMCU LEVEL RNs for this PCU ONLYSpecial Procedures/Unit Details:- MUST BE IMU Level RNs for this PCU.- Pre/Post cardiac cath- Bipap- Breathing Treatments- CPAP/BiPap- Cardioversion / Defibrillation- Cooling / Warming Blanket- Obtain 12 Lead EKG- Drains- Epidural Pumps, Feeding Tubes, Fistula, PCA Pumps- PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac- Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Anti seizureSpecial Equipment:- BetaBlockers- Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine- Heparin, Insulin- Levophed, Magnesium Sulfate- Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, NorepinephrineSKILLS REQUIRED:- Interpretation of dysrhythmias- Management of dysrhythmias- Blood product administration- Procedural sedation administration- Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac- Tracheostomy managementCertifications: ACLS, BLS REQUIREDTrailblazer Staffing Solutions provides top notch travel and local assignments to Allied and Medical Professionals, across the United States.
