Complies with sanitation regulations and standards established by all regulatory agencies., Maintains the safe operation of all food service equipment., Must be 18 years or older., Prepares food as directed by Peace Meal Kitchen Supervisor., Prepares food for cooking., Prepares raw and cooked food for proper storage. Ensures that all foods are covered, labeled, dated., Sets up and serves food on site., Stocks all food supplies in accordance with regulatory guidelines., Uses recipes and menus to cook food.Requirements:Food Handlers Certificate within 30 Days - Sarah Bush Lincoln
