About the Role

We are seeking Pediatric Home Care Nurses to provide one-on-one care in the home setting. This position offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments such as nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, and ventilation care

Requirements

• Current, active RN or LVN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willing to train
