Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team and conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children with autism aged 1 to 6. This role involves leveraging expertise in developmental and diagnostic assessments, collaborating with families, and contributing to individualized care plans that prioritize each child's unique strengths and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for children aged 1-6, including developmental, cognitive, and behavioral assessments.
- Utilize evidence-based tools to diagnose autism spectrum disorder and other developmental conditions.
- Develop clear, comprehensive diagnostic reports with actionable recommendations for intervention and support.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals and ensure alignment with family priorities.
- Provide education to families regarding assessment results, diagnostic criteria, and available interventions.
- Act as a resource to clinical staff, providing insights and guidance to support intervention planning.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in autism diagnostics and developmental psychology.

Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Psychologist in Massachusetts (Ph.D. or Psy.D. required).
- Expertise in conducting psychological evaluations for children, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other evidence-based assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to create detailed diagnostic reports and collaborate with families.
