This position is benefits eligible.Shift: DayHours Per Week: 40Salary Range: Depends on ExperiencePediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) / OverviewThe UHS Pediatrics Binghamton Medical Center is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to our Pediatric group practice.Full-time, exempt position and seeking an experienced Pediatric NP or a new graduate with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training.The NP will provide general medical care and treatment to patients in our medical facility, under direction of physician. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Discuss cases with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan. May refer patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
