*Join our team at Fun Fit Therapy. We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist with a school certification to provide School Based Physical Therapy from October thru December 2024.**Physical Therapist must have:** *NJ State Physical Therapy License** *Minimum 1 year experience** *New Jersey School Certification**Physical Therapist Responsibilities:** *Evaluations/Re-evaluations** *Develop Functional Goals & Objectives** *Provide Educationally Relevant Physical Therapy services as indicated in a student's Individual Education Plan (IEP)** *Collaborate with Child Study Team, Teachers, Staff, and parents to meet the needs of each student** *Complete & maintain Daily Notes, Quarterly Reports & Annual Reviews*Job Type: ContractPay: From $65.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleMedical Specialty:* PediatricsSchedule:* Choose your own hours* Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:* NJ Physical Therapy License (Required)* NJ School Certification (Required)Work Location: In person%{{advertiserId}}% %%{{category}}%%
