We are actively expanding and looking for motivated and compassionate pediatricians with a patient and family-first mindset for our Jacksonville offices. Our pediatricians are responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults. They diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, advise on preventive health measures, and work closely with other healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of care for young patients, in a mission-driven, value-based contracting environment.

  • Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients, including well visits and immunizations, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, and monitoring of growth and development.
  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing, provide urgent care, and coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for patients with complex conditions.
  • Educate parents, guardians and patients on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle choices, promote vaccination and immunization programs, and advise on safety, injury prevention, and disease prevention.

What You'll Need

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Prior experience in a pediatric setting preferred but not required.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics; Basic Life Support Certification; valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR system(s) and documentation methods.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
