Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, integrated services that are culturally competent and trauma-informed.
- Advocate for clients within our community and NorthCare, ensuring they receive the support needed for recovery and independent living.
- Conduct health promotion activities, including vital checks, health education, and lifestyle interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support behavior change and treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and meet productivity expectations outlined by management.

QualificationsQualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional higher education preferred.
- Certification as an ODMHSAS Peer Recovery Support Specialist and Wellness Coach.
- Experience in community mental health or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required.
- Commitment to maintaining CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications.
- Adherence to dress code and professional conduct standards.
- Flexibility to work in various community settings and adhere to agency policies
