Responsible for assisting in day to day operations of PROS program.Essential AccountabilitiesThis list does not limit the assignment of duties or exclude the performance of other duties not mentioned, as assigned by director/supervisor:
Facilitate Groups: Wellness Self-Management, Basic Living Skills, and Steps to Work.Prepare curriculum and material for assigned groups.Management of the PROS North Caf, relaying needed supplies and food items to the program assistant.Weekly supervision with the clinical supervisor.Attend Administrative Supervision upon request.May be requested to assist with Reception - meet and greet individuals who enter the building/site.May be requested to assist with Answering Telephones - Responsible for answering calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.Assist with making copies to assist with office functioning.Shred documents as directed that are not required a part of chart maintenance.Establish and maintain good agency image and customer relationships.Comply with all programs within WellLife Network, and OMH policies and procedures, including those regarding participant rights, documentation, incident reporting.Other Responsibilities:Adhere to OMH guidance documents and PROS standards of Care; adhere to agency, program and state regulations.Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.Must be able to read typed and written correspondence, able to write, able to use the telephone.Meet regularly with director/supervisor to discuss issues and concerns and brainstorm suggestions and resolutions.Participate in and attend meetings/seminars/trainings geared towards improvement of self and Agency as a whole.Carry out all tasks and additional assignments as delegated by director/supervisor.Participate in all agency required trainings as well as OMH approved trainings.Maintain confidentiality at all times.Demonstrates flexibility as work schedules and locations are subject to change.Receive supervision by and report to the Director/SupervisorJob QualificationsCurrent Peer specialist certification, Effective communication skills, related experience in a rehabilitation/human services setting.BENEFITS AND PERKS: At WellLife Network, we prioritize our employees' growth and well-being with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible spending accounts.
