Peer Support (QMHS) Requirements CDCA & Certified Peer Support preferred. Knowledge of the disease of chemical dependency and the 12 Step Programs. Excellent facility in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Access, Excel, Outlook. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain high level of confidentiality; must sign confidentiality agreement. Good professional communication skills (verbal and written). Maturity and ability to role model healthy interpersonal communication with clients and staff. Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task.
