- Engage and assess peers' needs using intake forms, providing non-judgmental guidance.
- Support peers in identifying recovery goals and creating a tailored wellness plan.
- Share your recovery journey (where appropriate) to foster trust and encouragement.
- Participate actively in agency meetings and promote the values of the Recovery model.
- Assist individuals in developing recovery skills and living independently.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 participants, ensuring thorough records and compliance with policies.
- Provide referrals for life skills and workplace readiness programs.
- Respond to crises and collaborate with external partners, including police and healthcare staff.
