Job Description:

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Assist and encourage residents in setting goals, by utilizing the skills needed to facilitate individual recovery
  • Teach independent living skills, and promote positive choices
  • Assist in some daily housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Document and maintain accurate case files as required by agency policy,government regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal codes
  • Communicate concerns to appropriate staff so our multi-disciplinarytreatment team is fully aware of our clients needs
  • Maintain daily schedule and enforce all policies and procedures
  • Lead and/or participate in group settings to educate residents
  • Medication administration
  • Transport clients to meetings / events

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, qualify to drive company vehicles, and pass a DHS caregiver background check.

Candidates must possess, or qualify for, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, CPR and First Aid training, Medication Administration, and attend any required in-service training and conferences.

Computer knowledge, spelling, and typing skills.

6:00pm-6:00am (12-hour shifts)
