Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our physical therapists in providing specialized care to patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding pelvic floor health and rehabilitation.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Washington state Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience or interest in pelvic floor physical therapy is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to follow treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
