The Company has locations throughout the Texas Panhandle, Southwest Kansas, and Eastern Colorado.Job Description:Cactus Feedyard is actively looking for a pen rider to join our team in Cactus, Texas. Join the industry leader and apply today!Job Responsibilities:* Receiving and checking in cattle (weighing cattle and getting a head count off of the truck* Placement of cattle in pens* Checking and caring for the health of cattle* Processing cattle* Maintenance and repair of facilities* Sorting and shipping of cattle* Must be able to ride a horse and work on foot* Other duties as assignedQualifications:* Education - High school, GED or equivalent (Preferred, but not required)* 1-2 years of experience in a feedyard, growyard, or cow-calf operation.
