PEOPLE ANALYTICS DATA SCIENCE & REPORTING ANALYST AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM Base Salary is $115K to $175K (based upon candidate and experience) Plus Year-end Bonus; and Excellent Benefits Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced Data Science and Reporting Analyst to join its Human Resources Analytics and Products Team. Members of this group are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the organization. We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
- Two to Five (2-5) years of Relevant Work Experience working in a Data Science or Data Engineering Setting is required.
- People Analytics Experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using Python for Data Transformation and Analytics and Interactive Dashboard Design is required.
- Willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, and drive projects to completion is essential, as is the ability to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.
- Candidate(s) with an affinity for Data Wrangling and finding the perfect way to visualize data for a senior audience.
- Individual(s) who are committed to providing excellent customer service, have impressive interpersonal communication skills, and have an ability to see how small details impact the bigger picture will thrive in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW You will expand Human Resources Analytics and Products automated analytics portfolio by developing novel reporting solutions, primarily using Python. You will have the opportunity to develop dashboards for the firm's senior leadership and build other reporting products from the ground up, as well as contribute to the ETL pipelines and infrastructure initiatives that support our function.
