Overview:

Position SummaryThe HRIS/HR Analytics Lead is a critical role focused on the strategic application of HR analytics to enhance organizational decision-making and effectiveness. This position supports the Sr. Program Manager of People Systems & Analytics by focusing on the delivery of analytics tools and the operational application of data insights. This role serves as a bridge between the HR analytics capabilities and the business, ensuring that insights are not only delivered but also actionable and aligned with the strategic needs of HR and the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do Analytics Implementation and Support: Guide the deployment of HR analytics tools and platforms ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the organization. Manage the daily operational aspects of HRIS functionalities to optimize the use of analytics in decision-making processes. Education and Training: Champion the education of HR staff on analytics tools and data utilization, fostering an informed HR community equipped to leverage data for decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with HRBPs, CoEs, and other HR stakeholders to gather feedback and input to continually refine analytics strategies and tools. Support and Enablement: Provide ongoing support and training across the HR team, ensuring they can effectively use and interpret analytics outputs to enhance their work. Project Leadership: Collaborate with the Sr. Program Manager to align HR analytics projects with broader HR systems and data strategy. Feedback Loop Maintenance: Establish and maintain mechanisms to gather, analyze, and respond to user feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement in HR analytics offerings.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in quantitative discipline, Information Systems, or related field Required Master's Degree in a relevant field Preferred 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar strategic role, with a strong focus on data analysis, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration Required 5 years of experience developing and implementing analytics solutions within UKG or similar HRIS platforms (Required), as well as deep expertise in utilizing business intelligence visualization tools, i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker etc. Preferred 5 years Previous experience working collaboratively with mature IT and data engineering teams in accomplishing the above deliverables at scale. Preferred Expert proficiency in HR analytics, predictive modeling, and workforce planning, with extensive experience in UKG and other HRIS platforms. (High proficiency) Strong technical skills, with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and the ability to create advanced analytics solutions directly in UKG. (High proficiency) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. (High proficiency) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization (High proficiency) Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on driving projects to completion and achieving strategic objectives. (High proficiency) Knowledge of best practices in HR operations, talent management, and compliance, with the ability to benchmark against industry standards and incorporate external insights into strategic planning. (High proficiency) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire Preferred and PHR or SHRM-CP Upon Hire Preferred
