Job DescriptionPeople & Culture Manager, Business Partner TeamAccountable for leading and consulting designated brand leaders on performance, talent, and key hiring.Supporting the execution of key strategic goals through organizational design, change and leadership coaching.Making an Impact•Proactively assess business performance at the individual and organizational level to assess, diagnose and build plans to enable performance.Drive action through strong planning, executing, consulting, and influencing approach.•Assess organizational performance systematically, defining talent gaps and proposing and executing HR and Talent solutions that support client business objectives.•Coach leadership teams on HR processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and nurture a culture of continuous growth and development and enable performance.Sharing Expertise•Utilize HR and business data and metrics to enable and support decision making.•Strengthen leadership and build capabilities through consultation and coaching, as it relates to hiring talent, assessing and developing capabilities and managing performance.•Understand current and future business needs around strategy, process, structure and people and provide key insights to achieve business performance.Gaining Exposure•Lead complex projects and provide key talent insights on business initiatives to drive results in support of overall talent strategies (Organizational Design, Talent Planning and Development, Employee Engagement and Performance Management).•Create and participate in collaborative opportunities across the functions and brands and within the NA People & Culture teamYour Typical Day•Reviewing organizational performance for key roles.This includes reviewing organizational performance data to diagnose health of role, tracking and monitoring progress, and sharing insights on the data.•Developing project plans to execute on key talent strategies.•Working with key leaders to execute on key talent strategies and practices.•Working with leaders to identify and select strong talent.•Working with leaders to develop talent based on the individual's strengths, career aspirations, and future talent needs.Other accountabilities as assignedQualifications:Required•A bachelor's degree•7+ years' progressive HR Business Partner experience•Proven success in the development and execution of HR strategies in the areas of talent and performance management, engagement and/or organizational development.•Expertise in at least one of: Talent Management, Organizational Design & Compensation practices ideal•Strong data and analytical capabilities.Nice to Have•Advanced degree•Experience operating in a matrix environment.ManpowerGroupManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing and managing the talent that enables them to win.
