Apply today and be a part of a team that values teamwork, innovation, diversity, and excellence.What You'll DoReporting to the Director of People, Culture, and Communications, US & Canada, you will be supporting our various business verticals on all things “people”. This role encompasses all aspects of the employee life cycle. From onboarding to talent development to performance management, you will leverage your passion for people and knowledge of HR best practices to support our ICs and people leaders in achieving results, while maintaining a high-performance and engaging culture.Responsibilities

  • Embed yourself within your assigned business verticals, understanding their priorities, challenges, and people needs in order to translate them into action from a People perspective that supports the business as it grows; serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the team's senior leadership (e.g., Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders).
  • Advise and support managers in the performance management of their teams, including performance reviews, feedback and coaching, promotions, career development, and disciplinary action; provide guidance and input on various People & Culture matters including organizational design, hiring & succession planning, employee relations, legal compliance, policy interpretation, etc.
  • Support the integration & implementation of systems, policies, SOPs, and audits to ensure all individuals and processes are constantly in compliance with applicable regulations; leverage expertise with employment laws to make recommendations to the People team on HR operations & policy matters.
  • Manage all necessary tasks related to administering benefits offerings, partner with external providers to reconcile benefit contributions and premiums.
  • Manage and maintain employee records/personnel files from onboarding to termination, processing actions in the HRIS platform and overseeing the employee change process from approvals to data entry; complete regular data quality reviews and audits to help drive process improvements.
  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for employees, including processing bonuses and commissions, tax adjustments, benefit contributions, HRIS workflow approvals, and any other pay-related changes or adjustments and serve as a point of contact for our employees regarding these subjects.
  • Support strategic hiring needs and plans; use deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the skills and capabilities required for the future and build a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs for business units, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization to design and implement new training programs to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's, Master's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA-HR (or related field), and/or SHRM/PHR certification preferred; Payroll certifications a plus.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including payroll, compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, diversity, talent & performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws; Experienced in providing strategic guidance to managers and individual contributors.
  • 3+ years' experience in an HR Generalist role and/or HR Business Partner in a high-growth, multinational environment; 3+ years demonstrated HRIS experience required (ADP and Deel experience is a plus).
  • 2+ years' experience overseeing multi-state payroll required; professional certification in Payroll, strong understanding of payroll regulations and taxes (ADP and Deel experience is a plus), and Canada payroll experience are a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience navigating employment law, including experience working with outside counsel on various employment-related topics.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours M-F; this role will primarily support teams that sit out of the East Coast region who are generally online from 8a-6p ET.
  • Proficiency in business-level English and Spanish is necessary.
  • Confident acting as the designated partner for our leaders, utilizing your knowledge and experience to impact performance and growth.
