You will assist with key stages of recruitment, act as a liaison between HR and employees, and support various people-related projects. What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):
- Ensure seamless and efficient onboarding experiences that leave a positive and lasting impression on new hires.
- Successfully coordinate team-building events that foster collaboration and a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in processing employee data, protecting sensitive information, and upholding data integrity.
- Provide timely and accurate support throughout the hiring process, including offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding tasks.
- Actively contribute to a welcoming and engaging company culture by aligning new hire resources and company swag with organizational values.
- Develop and implement scalable people experience practices that enhance organizational efficiency and support HR goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Assist recruiters by preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate team-building events for the TA team that enhance collaboration and promote a positive work culture.
- Space & Resource Management: Allocate workspace and coordinate resources for both new and existing employees to support productivity and team alignment.
- New Hire Orientation: Serve as a backup for first-day orientation, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and informed.
- People Experience Projects: Support the development of scalable best practices for people experience initiatives, driving improvements in efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Administration & Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information securely, maintaining employee data integrity and confidentiality in line with organizational standards.
- Swag & Welcome Kits: Order and distribute new hire packages, ensuring these align with company culture and reinforce a welcoming atmosphere.
Performance-Based Qualifications:
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven Expertise:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition support role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Track record of successful event coordination and project assistance.
- Customer-Focused Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with employees professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to build rapport with team members across all levels, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to HR.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS software is a plus, enabling efficient support to recruiters.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Exceptional time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptable to changing business demands, proactively addressing potential challenges to ensure a positive employee experience.
