Job Description:
The People Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing People Operations services, processes and practices by analyzing best practice delivery options, data and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role supports steady state operational delivery, participate and lead new process design, technology implementations and drive key projects aligned to priorities of the firm and department using existing system functionality and by suggesting new ways of working for the Human Resources department to drive efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Lead initiatives for implementation of new Human Resource systems projects. Work closely with Human Resources personnel and partner across functions to provide support on applicable HR system updates, testing, training, maintenance, documentation, and communication.
