This role facilitates communication across departments, assists with compliance and reporting, and helps implement programs that enhance employee experience.Key Qualifications: Required Qualifications:6 - 12 months of Human Resources experienceBachelor's DegreeStrong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailRole Description: Partner with AVP, People Operations on managing People team non-payroll budget and ensuring teams have visibility into their spendManage ordering and distributing of labor posters, ensuring all locations receive what needs to be posted in a timely mannerManage orientation calendar and distribution of Saks Global swagProvide support to the Employer Branding Specialist for annual recognition eventsProvide administrative support to the People Operations Manager on immigration matters (hanging of required notices, maintaining of employee files, etc.)Distribute People team mailMaintain People team intranet page and regularly refresh with new and updated resourcesProvide recommendations and facilitate decisions for employee relief fundsProvide ad hoc reporting and project management support as neededYour Life and Career at Saks: Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunitiesA culture that promotes a healthy, fulfilling work/life balanceBenefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental).An amazing employee discountThank you for your interest in Saks.
