Summary of Job:
The People Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by administering employee wellbeing programs, performing key administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Thisposition involves guiding employees through questions, assisting with new hire onboarding, managing monthly billing processes, maintaining accurate employee files, and supporting company events and rewards programs. Additionally, the coordinator will assist the HRIS technology team with data audits, ensuring data integrity, executing daily maintenance tasks, and supporting HRIS testing and training initiatives. This role also provides back-up support for the front desk and is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career path in HR generalist or HRIS specialization.Education and Experience:
