- Maintain Workday recruiting system and offer process including screening candidates and set appointments for interviews.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide outstanding support to employees and leaders on HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and complete training and development programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Analyze HR metrics to gauge the efficiency of implemented strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement HR projects.
What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Workday, Kronos or similar HRIS systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a dedication to excellence.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
