Role Purpose: People Business Partner is a tactical and strategic consultant optimizing talent management acquisition, performance management and employee-focused programs for all employees at the brewery. This ambassador of company culture will establish strong partnerships to guide best-in-class practices related to employee relations, talent development, diversity & inclusion and leadership succession planning. Partner with people managers at all leadership levels to support internal promotions and Total Rewards related to benefits and compensation for US businesses. This position is part of Mark Anthony Services, Inc., a member of Mark Anthony Group of Companies Accountabilities & Impact:
- Build effective partnerships with business units to maintain and continue building a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Drive organizational capability through assessing talent, identifying competency gaps, following through on succession plans, and the strategic movement of people.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and People Operations strategy.
- Creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
- Oversee employee relations and investigations.
- As part of the People Operations team, collaborate with other members of the team to drive employee programs, change management activities, training, and adaptation for all processes.
- Establish regular communication cadence with all leadership teams and deliver agreed upon KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with progressing levels of responsibility
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience building foundational & best-in-class People programs
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws & regulations
