You can learn more about us on .About the Role:At Propeller, we know that the most important levers we have are who we hire and how we support our people. As a People Partner for our Revenue Teams, you'll help build an engaged, purpose-driven team. You'll support our US revenue and wider US team, ensuring everyone understands their impact and feels empowered to do their best work. Reporting to our Sydney-based Head of People, you will partner with our revenue teams (marketing, sales, RevOps) to coach, resolve challenges, and develop programs that engage and empower our people in North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with our revenue teams and wider US office. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, including training, coaching and engagement programs. We will request that you are able to commit to being in the office at least two days per week.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the revenue team's goals, roles, and operating model.
- Partner with leadership to manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with our values, goals, and legal requirements. Collaborate with finance and legal when needed.
- Work with the revenue teams to ensure effective onboarding for new starters, ramping people into their roles and enhancing the overall experience.
- Champion existing DE&I initiatives and lead the implementation of new ones.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) programs. Identify top L&D priorities and ensure delivery aligns with company goals.
- Identify gaps and collaborate with the wider People team to continuously enhance systems and processes, optimizing efficiency and employee experience.
- Research and provide advice on global expansion initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Support the office team in executing company events and ensuring a positive work environment. You are expected to be physically in our Denver office at least two days per week on average. Learn more about your future team !About You:
- 5+ years of HR experience in high-growth environments. Strong understanding of People/HR programs and US employment relations, including performance management, leadership development, and compensation.
- Previous experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or other revenue-generating teams.
- Confident advising, mentoring and coaching all levels of management to develop their leadership skills.
- Highly organized and knows how to structure time to get the highest priority work accomplished. Hits deadlines, is responsive to requests and proactively communicates work in progress to stakeholders.
- Able to get buy-in from leaders and stakeholders across all levels, teams, and geographies to drive change. You're comfortable pushing back and holding the line when you need to.
- You can resolve employee concerns through compassion. You apply a consistent and systematic approach, with clear documentation.
- Confident using and interpreting data, to make good, data-backed decisions. Specific experience utilizing Google Sheets or Excel is a requirement. Benefits
