Position Summary

The People Performance Manager is pivotal in driving and enhancing HR operations, employee relations, HRIS, and recruitment processes while providing comprehensive operational support to HR Anew and its clients. In collaboration with a People and Performance team and engagement with small business executives, leaders, and teams, this position supports recruitment efforts, facilitates orientation and onboarding processes, fosters employee engagement and productivity, manages employee and team relations, and offboarding. It also plays a key role in creating standard operating procedures and processes and streamlining systems and administrative tasks by leveraging technology to digitize processes and achieve operational efficiencies, minimizing HR administrative burdens. The People Performance Manager ensures alignment with HR Anew's mission, vision, and core values by delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

The People Performance Manager supports and executes HR strategies, manages end-to-end HR functions, and fosters dynamic and collaborative environments supporting diverse clients, primarily in healthcare and related industries. Supporting up to 100-150 employees as part of a team, this role thrives on flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning to meet evolving client and organizational needs effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; conducting research and refining HR policies, processes, and procedures; leading recruitment and onboarding efforts; and supporting employee engagement, rewards and recognition programs, and conflict resolution.

The People Performance Manager leverages advanced technologies, data-driven insights, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experiences, improve service delivery, and maximize operational efficiency. This role contributes to HR Anew's growth and impact by engaging in mentoring and professional development opportunities, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of three to five years of in human resources, with a preference for experience in healthcare or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is required.
  • Advanced skills in HR and applicant tracking software, project management and data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience or a strong desire to work with diverse clients across various industries and national locations.
  • Proven ability to implement and track measurable outcomes using OKRs and KPIs.

Travel

Up to 20% travel to client local or national locations when needed for HR visibility and to support leadership and team training, meetings, and events.
