**Fully remote position but candidates must be able to work either 8-5 or 9-6 shift within Central Time Zone.**

**I. Job Summary**

The PSC Specialist is member of the broader People Support Center team within the WM People Organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert within the Employee Data Management team for all employee data that may have a financial impact if not managed appropriately.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

* Validation of all incoming data (i.e., confirm it was received, manage integration kick-outs, etc.)

* Compares source data to target to ensure it is accurate in Oracle

* Provides direction to key stakeholders on data changes required

* Partners with HRIS team to review and validate the data

* Expert on data flow and the end-to-end process

* Communicates effectively with employees, managers and business leaders regarding issues that impact their respective area.

* Works cross functionally amount other HR areas to ensure that employee issues are being resolved in a timely and accurate fashion.

* Assists in training other PSC associates on topics related to their specific area of expertise.

* Preserves confidentiality of employee documentation and files (including medical records).

* Apprises and escalates potential legal, risk, etc. concerns to the PSC Leadership.

* Produces and provides reporting specific to their related their area of expertise, monitor, measure and act upon metrics/KPIs

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

**IV. Qualifications**

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

* Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar study or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.

* Experience: Two (2) years or related work experience (in addition to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

* Intermediate Microsoft excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to rationalize data
