Job Responsibilities Recruits and facilitates hiring of top-quality candidates on a Companywide basis; creates, updates and maintains selection and hiring information in Paylocity and other related documentation; organizes, coordinates, plans, schedules and leads selection and hiring processes, including screening, interviewing and recommendations of hiring; onboards new hires. Manages, administers and coordinates benefits program, including coordination with our brokers and/or carriers.Creates, maintains and implements Company-wide training programs/initiatives; collaborates with department leaders to facilitate and support Department/job-specific training. Leads and/or actively participates in a variety of performance management, employment recognition, and/or compensation programs; administers and/or serves as back-up for payroll administration; coordinates and implements employee recognition programs and/or other designated people-related programs; actively assists in performance management programs; assists in compensation and discretionary bonus program administration.Professionally communicates with others in face-to-face, email and telephone interactions; composes and distributes outgoing correspondence, some of which may be of a sensitive or confidential nature, to job candidates and employees.Efficiently and effectively utilizes Company's information systems, software programs and assigned business-related websites to accurately research, prepare and maintain files and to carry out all designated responsibilities outlined below. Licenses, Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. At least two years of human resource management experience preferred.
