Corporate Health Registered Nurse needed for a per-diem contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fort Worth, TX and Plano, TX. Per Diem nurse must available for both sites. The clinics offers Occupational, Primary, and Preventative Care. Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Registered Nurse license in state of Texas
- Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, ICU, Primary Care and/or Family Medicine type setting
- Must be able to cover emergencies on the entire campus.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
- Ambulatory care such as treating sore throats, earaches, rashes, pink eye, etc.
- Provide wellness materials/information
- Provide medical testing such as EKGs, pulmonary function, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
- Respond to emergencies onsite and provide emergency medical care
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to work on an as-needed basis between Monday and Friday approximately 7:30am - 4:30pm. Schedule usually given in advance.
- BLS certified
- Computer Savvy (including prior EMR use)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
