We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team to assist with the the customization and configuration of a new HRIS system to align with Bristol Health's HR processes, policies, and requirements. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists with the implementation and integration of new HR system
- Maintains dual maintenance of employee transactions between Paycom and UKG while securely maintaining employee data
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing, reports discrepancies, and corrects data errors
- Conducts ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Creates appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed
- Assists with carrier feed requests
- Assists with communication and or change management as needed
- Trains managers and employees on system functionality
- Provides end user support for HR modules to include troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of prior systems admin experience and strong working knowledge of HCM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, managing deadlines and timely deliverables.
- Prior experience with analyzing HRIS performance metrics and the impact of configuration or process changes across HR systems preferred.
- Exceptional ability to, collaborate, provide technical support, and to train staff.
- Prior experience developing and generating reports & analytics; Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and build meaningful, understandable models, reports and metrics.
- Proven time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
