* All Shifts Available (1st: 7a-3:30p, 2nd: 3p-11:30p, 3rd: 11p-7:30a)

Position Overview

• Receive and respond to incoming inquiries regarding potential admissions and general questions.
• Collect necessary information to streamline the admission process.
• Provide referrals for individuals not suitable for admission.
• Complete pre-authorization for services.
• Greet patients and assist with paperwork upon arrival at the facility.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Certifications/Licenses: CPI/CPR as per policy; current licensure or certification preferred based on discipline.

Experience: Previous experience in crisis management or intake is preferred.
