Description The Center for Urban Community Services, (CUCS), is an acclaimed human services organization and one of the nation's largest providers of housing and social services. CUCS is a leader in implementing new practices, sharing knowledge and assisting in shaping local, state and national strategies, so that persons who are homeless, low-income, living with mental illness, or have other special needs can live successfully in the community. Responsibilities include provision of clinical services, outreach, crisis intervention, supervision of case manager, and occasionally facilitation of organized classes and activities. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 4pm-12am Prospect Place is located in Brooklyn, NY. Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, public administration, public health, human services, psychology, or related field required
- LMSW, LMHC, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years post-master's experience with related populations, preferred.
- Candidates with extensive pre-master's experience will be considered.
- Computer literacy required.
- Supervisory experience and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
