In this role, you will collaborate with prominent Cardiothoracic Surgeons to provide all aspects of pre-op and post-op care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting . Responsibilities include management of patients with pre and post op heart, aortic, lung, and esophageal surgery. We're seeking strong, compassionate advanced practice nurses for this specialty.

This is a per diem Day shift position on 4Central -NYP/Weill Cornell University Medical Center. Minimum requirement of 4 shifts per month . Weekend and HLiday requiremnt

1 Year Of ICU Experience Preferred.Cardiac or CTICU experience preferredRequired Criteria

• Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• National Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of practice
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current BCLS certification
