PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.Job DescriptionThe Per Diem Pharmacist of the dispensary is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in our patients' lives.Duties and responsibilities:Retail OperationsDrive retail sales and patient retentionMaintain all store operational standardsOversee inventory standards are maintained on-site.Operate POS and corresponding systemsEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state lawsMaintains a safe, clean environment for patients and employeesMaintain patient confidentialityPatient Care:Develop high customer experience standards and engagement through sales training and product knowledge.Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaintsHandle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policyPromote a positive experience for all patientsDirect and oversee in coordination with the General Manager all patient interactions and provide clinical oversightCoordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomesPromote PharmaCann customer service cultureDevelop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effectsUnderstand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of deliveryUnderstand and recommend dosing based upon patient conditionsFollow all processes to ensure accurate and safety protocols and SOPs are maintained as part of the quality assurance programEnsure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the jobSupervise and coordinate delivery operations and provide clinical oversightProjects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and communityQualificationsCurrent Pharmacist license in good standingFlexible availabilitySuccessfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check3 years of multi-unit retail or similar operation experienceRequired state/local licenses/permits/certifications for work being performedExceptional people skillsOrganizational skillsFlexible to fill in for scheduled vacations, and unscheduled shiftsPassionate about, and willingness to become knowledgeable about medical marijuanaProjects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and communityEmbodies the culture, values, and tenets of PharmaCann and full support of our purpose, goal, and key objectivesWorking conditionsAbility to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day.Will be required to drive and be outside for brief periods of time during all four seasons. Physical requirementsAbility to utilize arms at extended position for long periods.
