Job Summary: Housekeeping Porter

The Housekeeping Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned areas within the facility. This includes common areas, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal, as well as addressing any immediate cleaning needs. The Porter ensures that all areas are clean, safe, and presentable to create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. Additionally, the Porter may assist with minor maintenance tasks and respond to special cleaning requests.

Porter job duties include:

• Routine cleaning
• Garbage removal
• Vacuuming / Dusting
• Other cleaning/maintenance items typical for a condominium porter

Requirements for a Porter:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic
• Must have basic housekeeping skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Onboarding Documents: A photo ID, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
