Additional Details- Charting system: Epic
- 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
- No orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training
- Proof of flu vaccination or declination required
- **Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift
- Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home**
